Social Care and Nursing Reports

Our panel of Nursing and Social Care experts provide assessments nationally in order to assist solicitors, clients and the courts. Our experts cover a wide range of case types, from Article 8 claims in Immigration settings and Best Interests Assessments to Medical Malpractice and NMC investigations.

Our Nursing and Social Care experts are nationally regarded as being some of the best in their fields. They provide reports of a high quality often within tight court deadlines.

Social Care

All of our Social Work Experts are registered with and in good standing with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Our experts are able to cover the assessment of both Adults and Children in a wide range of settings, including working substantively as part of local authority safeguarding and DOLs teams.

Our Social Care experts often report for Mental Health Tribunals, The Court of Protection, Education Tribunals, Immigration and Asylum Tribunals and Continuing Health Care panels. In addition to this they have reported for the Department of Work and Pensions, Local Authorities and providing reports as part of Judicial Review Proceedings.

Their range of clinical and non-clinical work allows them a broad range of experience in the assessment and reporting of a wide range of issues. These include, but are not limited to; Merton Compliant Age Assessments for age disputed minors, assessment of need and support planning for adults and children with disabilities, their families and carers. Acquired Brain Injuries, Substance Misuse, Learning Impairments and Intellectual Disabilities, Cognitive Impairments and Mental Health issues.

The extent of their clinical and non-clinical work has allowed these experts to engage with people from a wide range of cultures, religious beliefs and ethnicities.


All of our Nursing experts are registered with and are in good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). We are engaged with Paediatric, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and General Nursing Experts.

Our Nursing experts have expertise in a range of settings and work clinically in hospitals nationally. One main area in which a number of our experts focus on is Standards of Care. They have provided expert evidence in relation to a number of high-profile homicide inquiries; one example is the Fallon Enquiry into Ashworth Hospital. Our Nursing experts have provided reports for the Coroners Court, in relation to Negligence Proceedings and Personal Injury claims. They are regularly instructed by the NMC and on behalf of clients.

Our experts have extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental and physical health conditions, including; Bi-Polar disorder, Schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, Forms of Dementia, Effect of Strokes, Brain Injuries, Autism, ADHD, MS and other neuro-degenerative disorders.
